The Material Detector and Material Scanner is the product for detecting metals, wood, pipes (including most types of wood), and live wires! It recognizes water-filled pipes in various types of construction, preventing unwanted punctures, and features automatic calibration so you don’t need to make any adjustments before use. It has 3 detection modes, plus an audible warning and proximity indicator, and includes a center-of-material indicator, guiding the user by enlarging the object as the detector passes over the surface. It’s suitable for construction environments as it’s protected against water and dust, and also features a live wire safety alert.
